Nazdar has named David Cunningham as its newest account executive and Laura Unterbrink to the position of point-of-purchase market segment manager.
As account executive, Mr. Cunningham will provide service to customers in the company’s Southeastern region. Ms. Unterbrink will be responsible for planning and organizing the company’s efforts to expand its capabilities and services in the POP market.
Actively involved in the graphics industry since 1989, Mr. Cunningham has extensive hands-on experience in many facets of screen and digital production and is a certified ISO instructor. According to Peter Walsh, Nazdar’s vice president of sales, “David has a very impressive range of industry experience, especially in pre-press, nameplate and label printing applications. We’re very excited to have David as part of the Nazdar sales team.”
Mr. Cunningham received a bachelor of science in technology specializing in visual communication from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Prior to joining Nazdar, he was employed as a process engineer at the F.B. Johnston Company in Hillsborough, N.C.
Ms. Unterbrink received a bachelor of science specializing in print production management and a master of education for corporate training from Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Originally hired by Nazdar in September of 2002, Ms. Unterbrink has been a member of the marketing department working out of the company’s Atlanta, GA location. Prior to joining Nazdar, she worked for Kissel & Wolf (Kiwo) in its applications lab.
According to Richard Bowles, Nazdar’s vice president of marketing, “The POP market represents one of the largest segments in the graphics industry and is a very important area for Nazdar. Laura’s experience and capabilities make her the ideal person to help us better serve our customers in the POP industry.”
