Flint Group representatives will be on hand to discuss the company’s array of products for printing and packaging. Visitors will also have the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of Xeikon’s digital printing engines.
“drupa is a standout trade show in the print and packaging industry, and the Xeikon and Flint Group teams are thrilled to participate,” Danny Mertens, marketing manager for Xeikon, said. “Our teams are gearing up for this excellent in-person opportunity to demonstrate our next-generation digital printing equipment.”
Xeikon’s live demonstrations will provide insights into three of its printing engines, including its LX3000 ‘The Lion’ five-color dry toner press, developed to provide a fast, cost-effective solution for mass production of food-safe labels.
The team will also showcase the TX500 for Flexible Packaging with TITON technology that combines the benefits of UV inkjet and electrophotographic toner, as well as the PX3300HD UV inkjet label press for durable label production. Wisitors will also learn about Xeikon’s IDERA digital engines for corrugated printing via a digital presentation.
“This show is an excellent opportunity for Flint Group to showcase our latest innovations and to highlight our commitment to pushing the boundaries of excellence in the industry,” Deanna Klemesrud, global director of brand and communications, added.
“From our dual-curing EkoCure ink series, which eases the transition from traditional UV to UV LED curing for narrow web printers, to our innovative blanket technology, attendees can see first-hand how we are driving innovation in print technology,” Klemesrud noted. “Moreover, visitors can learn how our solutions can support printers in achieving high-performance printing while minimizing their environmental impact."
Narrow Web printers will learn about the Evolution De-inking Primer and Caustic-Resistant Overprint Varnish (OPV) designed to enhance sustainability in packaging and to improve material yield during the recycling process. EkoCure ANCORA, a food-contact material (FCM) certified ink technology with dual curing capabilities, will also be highlighted at the exhibition. Furthermore, for digital label printing, the company presents a range of DigiCoat varnishes to complement various digital printing techniques.
Flexible packaging printers can explore the range of ONECode solvent-based inks and varnishes. The Flint Group team will discuss the company’s range of universal bases.
Paper & Board printers will learn about the company’s new TerraCode Bio water-based extender and coating technology designed to support printers’ sustainability objectives. For Offset Folding Carton converters, Flint Group presents the new Novasens P670 Prime, a high-performance, low odor, low migration sheetfed ink series that offers outstanding color strength and vibrancy across multiple substrates.
