Multi-Color Corporation announced that effective October 2, 2023, MCC board chairman David Scheible will serve as interim CEO following the announcement that Kevin Kwilinski, CEO, will be departing the company to pursue another opportunity. MCC has initiated the search process for a permanent replacement.
Scheible is the former chairman and CEO of Graphic Packaging, the world’s largest manufacturer of paper-based folding cartons for the consumer food and beverage markets, and before joining Graphic, he held senior leadership positions at Avery Dennison. He has deep experience with both MCC’s customer and supplier base.
“MCC is on a strong glide path to market leadership in the industry, as we have transformed into the world’s largest prime label supplier by revenue, enhancing the company’s scale and diversification across label technologies, end categories, geographies and customers,” said Scheible. “We are excited about the future and have the utmost confidence in the current leadership team to continue to drive the business forward.”
