Avery Dennison appointed Mark Miller as VP of marketing for the company’s Label and Packaging Materials, North America division based in Mentor, OH.
As Avery Dennison continues to expand its marketplace leadership by understanding and responding to customers’ needs, Miller brings to the company more than 20 years of global senior leadership and marketing experience. He assumed the role on Dec. 7, 2020.
His most recent role was GM and VP, global professional markets, for SC Johnson. There, he led a multiphase strategy for the acquisition of Deb Holdings, which increased the business’ global market opportunity to $45 billion and oversaw the development of 70 products. He also served as VP of marketing for Ecolab, where he drove sales and marketing strategies. Miller’s other positions have included marketing roles at Graco, 3M, and Hewlett-Packard.
