The newly founded Epple Druckfarben Benelux BV has successfully started operations in Turnhout, Belgium. Managing director of the youngest subsidiary of Epple Druckfarben AG is Danny Quermia.
As a leading European manufacturer of sheetfed offset printing inks, Epple can now maintain even more direct contact with printers and end customers in the important printing markets of Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
Quermia has been working with and for Epple for more than 20 years.
“Fast and direct communication with customers is essential in today's graphic arts industry, which is characterized by market consolidation and highly specialized printers,”Quermia said. “The companies are increasingly asking for professional support in the optimisation of printing processes and print products. We will provide the right answers to these questions with our know-how.”
The warehouse in Turnhout in Belgium supplies customers in the Benelux countries with the product groups of printing inks, printing chemicals and coatings. With its own mixing station, Epple Benelux can react flexibly to customer wishes and deliver special colors quickly to the desired location. A professional sales and technical team with many years of experience in the industry and expertise in application technology is available for service.
“We have been well positioned up to now with excellent sales partners in the Benelux countries,” Wilfried Bauder, head of sales at Epple Druckfarben AG, said. “Now we are going one step further and thus towards our customers: Our service will be even faster and very individual solution-oriented."
Customers also benefit from the synergy of the partnership with PCO Europe. Epple had recently taken over the Dutch printing chemicals specialist and is thus increasingly becoming a full-range supplier.
“By coordinating and further developing the individual product groups of printing inks, printing chemicals and coatings, we can offer customers complete and unique solutions for an optimum printing process,” Bauder observed.
