ICP Industrial Inc., a division of Innovative Chemical Products Group (the ICP Group), a global leader in the development, application, and technical support of specialty coatings for the packaging, labeling and graphic arts industry with brands Nicoat and MinusNine Technologies, announces the formation of ICP Industrial Canada, Inc.
In addition, the company is forming a strategic partnership with Divicor, a manufacturer’s representative firm based in Montreal, QC servicing the Canadian market.
With manufacturing operations in the US and Mexico, the additional footprint in Canada will serve as a complement to its international growth strategy. Furthermore, by forming ICP Industrial Canada Inc., the company will have the ability to better service its growing customer base and offer them a greater product portfolio.
“We are extremely excited to announce our entrance into the Canadian market as we see tremendous growth opportunities in the markets that we serve,” said Paul Grzebielucha, President of ICP Industrial.
In addition to this formation, ICP Industrial Canada has entered into a strategic partnership with Divicor, a manufacturer’s representative firm that will support its efforts in supplying its pressroom consumables to the Canadian market. Divicor is represented by Stéphane Fortin and his team, who have been leaders in the consumable sector for more than 30 years.
“The partnership with Divicor is essential to our global growth and we saw a perfect opportunity to gain immediate momentum as we enter into the Canadian market,” Mark Concannon, VP of sales and marketing at ICP Industrial, said. “Stephane and his group are an excellent complement to our services and we look forward to a successful partnership together.”
