Domino continues to grow and the company has invested in resources for its digital printing business with the announcement of several new appointments and promotions.
Kevin Oakes joins Domino as sales manager – Digital Printing North America. Oakes has spent the past 25 years in the Graphic Arts industry with positions in business development, regional sales management, and national sales management with companies including HP, MAN Roland, and Agfa after graduating from Western Illinois University.
Lana Duncan is a new account manager covering the Southeast region of the United States, joining Domino from HP. Duncan has been in the printing industry for nearly 30 years, working in sales, business development, and customer education after graduating from Clemson University. She has spent her career with HP, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Adobe, Aldus Corporation, and Scitex America.
Angel Ramirez is the newest addition to the field service team at Domino. Ramirez comes to Domino from EFI, where he spent more than 10 years working on the Jetrion product line.
Dale Rawhoof has been promoted to product manager – Digital Printing North America. Rawhoof is a 27-year veteran with Domino and he specializes in inkjet, industrial control, material handling and industry knowledge. He was previously a project manager with Domino and was responsible for the successful management of the three largest projects in the history of Domino North America.
Matt Condon has been promoted to OEM manager – Digital Printing North America. Condon has more than 27 years of experience in printing and graphics, and has been with Domino for seven years, most recently as product manager. He joined Domino from FujiFilm, where he was a sales support manager and Solutions Development manager. He has also held positions as applications specialist at London Litho and Scitex America after graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Patrick LaMourie has been promoted to digital solutions manager – Digital Printing North America. Patrick has more than 25 years of experience in printing, graphics, and color management. LaMourie has been with Domino for three years, most recently as digital print applications engineer. Patrick joined Domino from EFI where he was an applications engineer and applications specialist.
David Ellen was also promoted to president – Digital Printing North America, within the past 12 months. Ellen’s roles within Domino over the past 22 years have included management and executive positions, both in the US and UK. His most recent position of VP sales – Digital Printing North America spanned over 12 years since coming over from Domino UK in 2005. While in the UK, he held positions of global director commercial printing, European director commercial printing, UK sales manager, and UK account manager since joining Domino in 1995.
“I’m very excited by our market-leading position in digital UV inkjet printing, our year-on-year growth, and our expansion as Domino continues to invest in digital printing,” Ellen said. “We have excellent people joining us, as well as existing employees being promoted into new positions. It’s an exciting time at Domino.”
