Specialty Polymers, Inc. (SPI) has hired Jorge Seuc as the company’s new regional sales manager. His territory includes southern California, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
In his new role, Seuc will be focused on supporting customers in a variety of markets, including architectural and industrial coatings, building and construction, craft/hobby, and printing inks. He will continue to serve existing accounts as well as develop new business partnerships with the support of SPI’s technical team. With more than 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, Seuc brings a high level of technical and sales knowledge.
“Jorge comes to us with a wealth of experience in the polymer and chemical industry,” Sheryl Southwell, Specialty’s president, said.
Seuc most recently worked as the account manager for Dowd & Guild in southern California, with product lines ranging from resins to pigments/colorants, TiO2, and specialty additives. He spent eight years at EPS as regional sales manager, providing alkyd and latex emulsions for coatings, construction materials and adhesives.
Previously, Seuc worked at Sun Chemical, with responsibilities for the Latin American market specializing in organic pigments and colorants for the coatings, printing inks, plastics and cosmetics industries.
