Kornit Digital has appointed Johan Spies in the role of key account manager EMEA, where he will concentrate on the company’s major clients involved both in direct-to-garment printing and the growing market for roll-to-roll production. Formerly he was senior product manager EMEA at Mimaki Europe BV and, prior to that, he was channel sales development manager for Northern Europe for EFI, following a period in the position of product marketing manager with the company.
The move by Spies to Kornit Digital is designed to fill the role for a highly experienced market expert that understands the digital print arena and the role played by Kornit’s NeoPigment technology both in the garment and roll textile segments. The importance of looking after its client base and ensuring that the highest levels of contact and communication are maintained are critical to Kornit, with key accounts now growing in significance among the company’s clients.
