Sun Chemical announced that its UK & Ireland Customer Service Centre, based in Trafford Park, has been awarded the 2012 Customer Service Excellence Award by the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF). Three other companies were also short-listed for the award. The BPIF awards are intended to reward and showcase the most innovative and creative companies across the print media spectrum and are recognized as the benchmark for business acumen in the print sector.
The Award Presentation took place on Sept. 13, 2012, in London, and there to collect the award on behalf of the Customer Services team were Peter Hicks, customer services manager, team leaders Lesley Moston and Nicola Aspinall, and Beverley Blevins, customer service projects manager.
“This is a fantastic achievement and a tribute to the commitment and dedication of everyone in the Customer Service Team,” Ms. Blevins said. “They have all worked extremely hard to make the center what it is today – a truly efficient and customer-focused operation of which we are very proud.”
